Organisation and School Times
School starts at 8.45am. A teaching assistant is usually available at the door to greet the children and the class teacher greets them in the classroom, settling them into learning straight away. You are asked to say goodbye outside to avoid the busy cloakrooms. Teachers are always happy to speak to you about your children but we ask you to do this at the end of the school day when there is usually time for a longer discussion. The Class Dojo can always be used for urgent messages or these can be passed on to the teaching assistant. If your child is late for school please take them to the school office. This ensures that they are safely registered. Lateness after 9.05am will be marked as unauthorised absence.
